Integrity Treatment Partners co-founder Josh Goldfeder named to LIBN 40 Under Forty for OASAS-licensed outpatient addiction treatment and men's sober living.

I did not build this to collect awards. The point of Integrity is that someone on Long Island can get assessed the same day, keep their job, and have a sober place to sleep if they need one.”
— Josh Goldfeder, Co-Founder Integrity Treatment Partners
BALDWIN, NY, UNITED STATES, August 17, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Josh Goldfeder, co-founder and owner of Integrity Treatment Partners, has been named to the Long Island Business News 2026 40 Under Forty list. The honor recognizes professionals under 40 who are distinguishing themselves in business, government, education, and the nonprofit sector on Long Island.

Long Island Business News announced the 2026 class on July 31. Honorees were selected by a committee of previous recipients and the publication's leadership team. Goldfeder is listed among this year's honorees as a representative of Integrity Treatment Partners, an OASAS-licensed, Joint Commission-accredited outpatient drug rehab on Long Island based at 2250 Grand Ave in Baldwin.

The 40 Under Forty program has been hosted by Long Island Business News since 1998. Honorees are recognized for career results, work mentoring others in their field, and service to their communities. Goldfeder will be honored at a celebration on Tuesday, Sept. 22, at Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury. Honoree profiles will appear in the Sept. 25 issue of Long Island Business News and online at LIBN.com.

Goldfeder co-founded Integrity Treatment Partners with John Anderson, and Daniel Pflaumer. He led real estate acquisition and operational setup for the Baldwin clinic, which offers Intensive Outpatient services (IOS), individual counseling, group therapy, dual-diagnosis care, and medication-assisted treatment with Suboxone, Sublocade, Vivitrol, and Brixadi. The clinic currently operates one in-person location in Baldwin.

Integrity Treatment Partners also owns and operates three men's sober living homes in Nassau County, with additional homes planned for Suffolk County later in 2026. The residences are 12-step based and coordinate with the Baldwin clinic so residents can attend outpatient treatment while living in a structured, drug-free house.

Goldfeder got sober at age 20 in Long Beach while living in a house where people were still using. That experience shapes how he talks about treatment settings: they should be clean, practical, and easy to walk into. He is a licensed real estate professional and also owns Nassau County Expeditors, a permit expediting company.

"I did not build this to collect awards," Goldfeder said. "I got sober at 20 in a house that was still using. I built this with my partners, John Anderson and Daniel Pflaumer. The point of Integrity is that someone on Long Island can get assessed the same day, keep their job, and have a sober place to sleep if they need one. The 40 Under Forty nod is meaningful because it comes from Long Island. The work is still the clinic, the houses, and the people who walk through the door."

The Baldwin office provides addiction treatment to residents of Nassau County. Integrity Treatment Partners looks forward to expanding with an upcoming Bay Shore location for Suffolk County residents. Clinical hours run Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The admissions line is open 24 hours a day. The clinic accepts Medicare, Medicaid and most commercial insurance plans.

Integrity Treatment Partners is a New York State OASAS-licensed provider and holds The Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval for behavioral health care. The company pairs outpatient clinical care with sober living on Long Island for men who need both treatment and housing during early recovery.
