Work release resident Davis Jr. fails to return in Waterloo

Waterloo, Iowa — Troy Davis Jr. failed to return to the Waterloo Residential Correctional Facility as required on Saturday, September 12 2026.
Davis Jr. is serving time for Intimidation with a dangerous weapon in Black Hawk County.
Davis Jr. is a 31-year-old, 5'8", 172-pound Black Male. He was admitted to the work release facility on May 28, 2026.
The Iowa Department of Corrections is seeking assistance from the public in locating Davis Jr. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is encouraged to contact local law enforcement.
